Delivery charges

All prices are in USD. Standard shipping is free when the goods total is $50 or more after discounts. Below $50, standard shipping is $22.

Delivery estimates

Our current US and Canada estimate is 5–7 days plus 24–48 hours for order handling and processing. Times vary by location. Contact us before ordering for delivery to another country or for a time-sensitive requirement.

Checkout offers one delivery service. For a time-sensitive order, contact our team before purchasing to check timing for your destination.

Tracking and separate packages

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting the revised timing or cancelling the unshipped order for a prompt refund. This follows the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Delivery problems

Contact support promptly if tracking shows an issue, the order is missing or the delivery address needs correcting. Include your order reference.
